A novel knowledge graph development for industry design: A case study on indirect coal liquefaction process

Hazard and operability analysis (HAZOP) is a remarkable representative in industrial safety engineering. However, great storehouse of knowledge (ISK) HAZOP reports has not been thoroughly exploited. In order to reuse unlock the value ISK optimize HAZOP, we have developed novel graph for (ISKG) with as carrier through bridging data science engineering design. Specifically, firstly, considering that contained different processes industry same, creatively general standardization framework, it provides practical scheme integrating from various uniformly representing diverse expressions. Secondly, conceive reliable information extraction model based on deep learning combined science, can effectively mine reports, which alleviates obstacle caused by particularity text. Finally, build triples store them Neo4j database. We take indirect coal liquefaction process case study develop ISKG, its oriented applications potential ISK, significance improve security system enhance prevention awareness people.
